bmc_monitor_app: Fix build issue when npcm enabled

Incorrect function name error will show up when enable the feature
`npcm7xx-or-new`.
This CL is just to fix that build issue.

Tested: Build pass with this CL + `npcm7xx-or-newer` enabled.
