hwmon: peci-dimmtemp: use 32-bit MMIO address type on GNR/SRF
Unlike Sapphire Rapids and Emerald Rapids, which use a 64-bit BAR address
type (0x6, PECI_ENDPTCFG_ADDR_TYPE_MMIO_Q) for Memory Controller MMIO
endpoints, Granite Rapids and Sierra Forest specify a 32-bit BAR address
type (0x5, PECI_ENDPTCFG_ADDR_TYPE_MMIO_D) for Memory Controller MMIO
accesses via RdEndPointConfig().
Use PECI_ENDPTCFG_ADDR_TYPE_MMIO_D when reading DIMM_TEMP_TH on Granite
Rapids and Sierra Forest.
