Add PSU_SENSOR_TYPE34_MP29816 and PSU_SENSOR_TYPE35_MP2985 to
PsuSensorType, entity_config_json_impl, and psu_sensor driver maps so
tlbmc instantiates PSU telemetry for MPS MP29816 and MP2985 voltage
regulators.
