      In tlBMC-lite mode (`own_chassis_in_redfish: false`), gBMCWeb owns `/redfish/v1/Chassis/<str>`, so the FRU MAC address that tlBMC exposes in its own Chassis handler is missing from the response.

      sensor_collector has background threads that call GpioCollector::GetValue(). If that function is called after gpio_collector has been reset it causes use after free issues. This issue is fixed by moving gpio_collector.reset() after sensor_collector.reset().
