Add thermal zones to /redfish/v1/Managers/bmc GET response

This CL updates the response from /redfish/v1/Managers/bmc URI to more accurately match the current response from gbmcweb. In particular, it adds the ["Oem"]["OpenBmc"]["Fan"]["Profile@Redfish.AllowableValues"] field which was accidentally missed in the last CL, and removes the array from ["Links"]["ManagerInChassis"].
