BEGIN_PUBLIC Expose cable uri in redfish. This change makes tlBMC expose cable uri. tlBMC will register and own redfish routes for `/redfish/v1/Cables` and individual cable resources. END_PUBLIC This change is made because next gen platform requires to collect cable FRUs. However, due to the bus and address change in EVT, will not upload the FRUs for now.
