  "message": "mctp: Fix priming race condition using global barrier\n\nImplement a global querying flag and shared barrier counter in\nMctpUtil.cpp to postpone all D-Bus events during the priming scan.\nThis fixes a race condition where concurrent events arriving during the\nmulti-step priming query could cause stale endpoints or inconsistent\nstate.\n\nAdd Tests 4, 5, and 6 to verify that concurrent events (Add, Remove,\nRemove-\u003eAdd) are correctly deferred and processed after priming\ncompletes.
