asset: Use getHothChipInfo instead of Crypta

Dauntless TPM firmware (e.g. tpu_gbmc_tpm) intentionally does not
support HOST_COMMAND_CRYPTA (0x3e03) as Crypta is disabled in favor of
TPM 2.0. When hothd starts and queries Crypta info for the Asset
decorator, the command is rejected with EC_RES_INVALID_COMMAND (0x1),
throwing ResponseFailure and causing hothd to terminate.

Replace the use of EC_PRV_CMD_HOTH_CRYPTA with EcUtil::getHothChipInfo
(EC_PRV_CMD_HOTH_CHIP_INFO / 0x3e10) in Asset. EC_PRV_CMD_HOTH_CHIP_INFO
is supported across both non-TPM and TPM firmware and provides the same
hardware_category and hardware_identity fields needed to populate the
Asset properties (PartNumber, SubModel, and SerialNumber).
