Revert "coredump-config: revert race condtion fix."

This reverts commit 00da14d84a4d277cb5c72b88ba40c74b929311b5.

Reason for revert:

Enable
```
PrivateMounts=yes
```
https://www.freedesktop.org/software/systemd/man/latest/systemd.exec.html#PrivateMounts=

on the service that removed the mount to test enable the
coredump-config properly.

meta-gbmc-staging

This repository contains additions to the openbmc/meta-google layer that are not yet ready for OpenBMC inclusion.

How to use this layer

  1. Clone openbmc/openbmc from GitHub.
  2. Clone this layer from GitHub into a subdirectory of openbmc.
