Introduce RedpathQueryOption, this structure primarily holds ServiceRootType and the QueryVariableSet.
Add function that accepts a callback function for the Redfish Transport
Move RAII style wrapper to timestamp query: RedpathQueryTimestamp to a location internal to the Query Engine library.
Move Normalizer helper functions that build a normalizer depending what stable id is configured
Add Normalizer factory map to QueryRouter's Create function, so the user can create QueryRouter instance with nvme extension. Change Redfishz's fetcher to pass in the factory created from generated file.
Add definition for POPs as security realm entities.
Export stub arbiter library via copybara
Implement multinode restriction scope for Java
Automated g4 rollback of changelist 729069801.
Copybara and install header of stub arbiter in g3 shared libs.
Integrating Bmcnet Arbiter into Query Engine
      Deprecating legacy query engine support.
