smbios-mdr: Remove unused patches

These 2 patches had been upstreamed and brought in with srcrev bumps a
long time ago, but we never removed them.

Remove them from the files to avoid confusion:

Tested: No-op / no code uses them.
Fusion-Link: fusion2 N/A, no code change
