dtbocfg: Add module package

This out of tree module allows us to load DTBO files at runtime while
the kernel is already booted. This gives us maximum flexibility to start
with a minimal system and add components as they are needed.

Tested: Ran on a real machine and loaded a device tree at runtime.

meta-gbmc-staging

This repository contains additions to the openbmc/meta-google layer that are not yet ready for OpenBMC inclusion.

How to use this layer

  1. Clone openbmc/openbmc from GitHub.
  2. Clone this layer from GitHub into a subdirectory of openbmc.
