meta-nuvoton-npcm8xx: import at 999901442

Import from branch `npcm-master` of Nuvoton's fork[0] at revision 999901442.

Also copy image_types_phosphor_nuvoton_npcm8xx.bbclass from
meta-phosphor to meta-nuvoton-npcm8xx

This update includes new versions of the bootblock (0.2.2), IGPS
(03.06.04), TIP FW (L0 0.4.1 and L1 0.2.6), and u-boot in order to
support bringing up secondary CPU cores.

To build with support for npcm8xx (Arbel) in your machine bblayers.conf,
add meta-gbmc-staging/meta-nuvoton-npcm8xx and remove meta-nuvoton.

meta-gbmc-staging

This repository contains additions to the openbmc/meta-google layer that are not yet ready for OpenBMC inclusion.

How to use this layer

  1. Clone openbmc/openbmc from GitHub.
  2. Clone this layer from GitHub into a subdirectory of openbmc.
