nvme-cli: Bump SRCREV to 73d468229 and package libnvme-cli
Bump nvme-cli SRCREV to 73d468229cf2dfd2dd9f8c7c21406174f85b172d to
support OOB set-feature commands. This version also includes the upstreamed
fix for the MCTP open SIGSEGV (b/538280251).
Re-adapt and fix 0001-add-libnvme_cli.patch to work with the bumped
version. Resolve compile errors caused by header decoupling by adding
necessary includes in print utilities and OCP/Solidigm plugins.
Correct packaging rules by prioritizing the main package ${PN} to ensure
the real library libnvme-cli.so is packaged in the main package, while
unversioned symlink libnvme3.so is correctly assigned to the -dev package.
Remove unused NetworkManager files.
