linux-gbmc: Fix flash layouts for 128MB SPI

This change is just a build time tweak to support 128MB SPI flashes on
NPCM7xx using the flash 64 layout with dynamic partitioning.

Tested: Still builds fine for 64MB images but now builds 128MB images

meta-gbmc-staging

This repository contains additions to the openbmc/meta-google layer that are not yet ready for OpenBMC inclusion.

How to use this layer

  1. Clone openbmc/openbmc from GitHub.
  2. Clone this layer from GitHub into a subdirectory of openbmc.
