Revert "mctp-reactor: patches to fix race conditions"

This reverts commit 6eeda59a53e35a0dc0d5ef466104f4306e1dcf41.

Reason for revert: These set of patches are breaking some MCTP bridge
downstream devices for a couple of platforms

Tested:
None. Reverting the patch

meta-gbmc-staging

This repository contains additions to the openbmc/meta-google layer that are not yet ready for OpenBMC inclusion.

How to use this layer

  1. Clone openbmc/openbmc from GitHub.
  2. Clone this layer from GitHub into a subdirectory of openbmc.
