  "message": "pldmd-google-dev-common: disable terminus locator PDR and mctp-reactor\n\nIn pldm meson build options, generate-terminus-locator-pdr defaults to\nenabled. When enabled, pldmd generates a Terminus Locator PDR (Type 1)\nrepresenting the local BMC terminus on startup, occupying record handle\n1 in the PDR repository.
