recipes-google: nvmed: Add protobuf dependencies and bump SRCREV

nvmed daemon compiles and generates C++ protobuf code from proto
definitions using protoc. It also links against libprotobuf at runtime.
Add protobuf and protobuf-native to DEPENDS so it can compile cleanly
from scratch.

Also bump SRCREV ca96e2fc78...d4a3d80a22 to import latest FeatureStore changes.

Commit Log:
Guangzong Chen (3):
      FeatureStore: Add Protobuf definition
      FeatureStore: Update build system
FeatureStore: Add adminGetFeatures and adminSetFeatures to NVMeMi
