  "message": "pldmd-google-dev-common: Disable use-libpldm-subproject\n\nThe google-dev-common branch of pldmd introduced a Meson option\n\u0027use-libpldm-subproject\u0027 which defaults to true. This causes Meson\nto attempt downloading libpldm via subproject wrappers during the\ndo_configure phase.
