      Add virtual functions to ManagedObjectStore and remove production unit test downcasts.

      Support injecting PhysicalLocation instead of Location in Redfish devpath injector

      Add tlBMC sensor override APIs to Store and SensorCollectorAggregator
      Add tlBMC Redfish PATCH override route and dev-signed safety gating for sensors
      Add Redfish debug route and bulk clear action for sensor value overrides
      tlbmc: Use non-throwing filesystem APIs in store_impl
      Add build and runtime flags to enable memory capacity configuration.
      gbmcweb: Restore serverCertPath and serverPrivateKeyPath default flag values
