Revert "gbmcweb: enable gbmcweb-google-common-plugins"

This reverts commit 00b472b9d807cb2ce14af58c238267df6be110cb.

Reason for revert: This breaks all the REDFISH_HANDLER_ADD plugins on Athena. b/328081793. It would work again after reverting.

meta-gbmc-staging

This repository contains additions to the openbmc/meta-google layer that are not yet ready for OpenBMC inclusion.

How to use this layer

  1. Clone openbmc/openbmc from GitHub.
  2. Clone this layer from GitHub into a subdirectory of openbmc.
