Copy GpowerD text proto config to `.textproto`, not `.proto`

The version of SRCREV now searches for the `.textproto` config file as well as the `.proto` config file: https://gbmc.googlesource.com/gPowerD/+/0c1a2d3f588caddef0c6ba5c006a530b53524807/bmc/machine_configs/setup_configs.cc#18

meta-gbmc-staging

This repository contains additions to the openbmc/meta-google layer that are not yet ready for OpenBMC inclusion.

How to use this layer

  1. Clone openbmc/openbmc from GitHub.
  2. Clone this layer from GitHub into a subdirectory of openbmc.
