libcrypta: add tpm2-tss to DEPENDS

https://gbmc-internal-review.git.corp.google.com/c/libcrypta/+/318309
("Implement HavendEcCommandService in libcrypta") added
havend/havend_ec_command_service.cc to libcrypta's compiled sources.
That translation unit includes havend/havend_ec_command_service.h, which
includes <crypta/tpm/client/haven_tcti.h> (for the inline CreateHavenTcti
helper) -> "crypta/tpm/client/tpm2_memory.h" -> <tss2/tss2_esys.h> and
<tss2/tss2_tcti.h>.

Additionally, as part of consolidating all gBMC Crypta exports from
google3/security/crypta into libcrypta (b/396407868) so downstream
consumers like prodid-securityd can link against libcrypta instead of
compiling duplicate Crypta sources, libcrypta (cl/982168596 and
cl/985284520) directly compiles the Crypta TPM2/TCTI client and
attestation sources (haven_tcti.cc, tpm2_memory.cc, tpm2_client.cc,
tss_builder.cc, etc.) and links against tss2-esys, tss2-mu, tss2-rc, and
tss2-tcti-device.

While the standalone libcrypta unit-test container pre-installs tpm2-tss
headers and libraries globally, BitBake builds against an isolated
recipe-sysroot populated strictly from DEPENDS. Without tpm2-tss in
DEPENDS, bumping libcrypta's SRCREV fails during do_compile:

../git/google3/crypta/tpm/client/tpm2_memory.h:7:10: fatal error: tss2/tss2_esys.h: No such file or directory

See: https://gbmc-review.git.corp.google.com/c/meta-gbmc-staging/+/114268

Add tpm2-tss to DEPENDS in recipes-google/libcrypta/libcrypta_git.bb so
the TSS2 headers and libraries are staged into libcrypta's
recipe-sysroot.
