bmcweb: Add dbus interface calls to RDEd

Get RDE device configuration from entity-manager config
and call dbus method to read the date from
Rde Satellite Controller

Tested:
Redfish queries to a collection resulted all the satellite
resources correctly. Also, query to a aggregated resource worked
correctly.

meta-gbmc-staging

This repository contains additions to the openbmc/meta-google layer that are not yet ready for OpenBMC inclusion.

How to use this layer

  1. Clone openbmc/openbmc from GitHub.
  2. Clone this layer from GitHub into a subdirectory of openbmc.
