Revert "rsyslog: imjournal: Support input module"

This reverts commit 1c9e7595c8d4c2f6bd2222f0a21d7c68b3737048.

Reason for revert: Need to create a hotfix release for 23.6.x with just
nemorad fix on top of 23.6.36.

meta-gbmc-staging

This repository contains additions to the openbmc/meta-google layer that are not yet ready for OpenBMC inclusion.

How to use this layer

  1. Clone openbmc/openbmc from GitHub.
  2. Clone this layer from GitHub into a subdirectory of openbmc.
