linux-gbmc: Enable some miscellaneous Kconfigs - JUMP_LABEL should increase performance in `likely` / `unlikely` cases - SCHED_MC we are always using multi-core processor configs now Tested: Ran on an AMD Rome BMC and verified basic system sanity.
