Merge remote-tracking branch 'linux-stable/linux-5.15.y' into gbmc-5.15
Also refresh 0001-i2c-npcm-Sync-with-6.1.patch, the build passed locally
even without refreshing, just removed the code that is already upstreamed.
Refreshed other patches for all platforms to build
Tested: all nightly test passed on one of the platforms.
