earlyoom: add recipe

This daemon kills processes that use too much memory in order to prevent
the system from becoming unresponsive.

Only add the recipe for now. Platforms have to opt in to get earlyoom.

Tested: Built the recipe and inspected the resulting files

meta-gbmc-staging

This repository contains additions to the openbmc/meta-google layer that are not yet ready for OpenBMC inclusion.

How to use this layer

  1. Clone openbmc/openbmc from GitHub.
  2. Clone this layer from GitHub into a subdirectory of openbmc.
