recipes-kernel: Update aspeed drivers to SDK9.05

All these driver patches are from Aspeed SDK9.05. Please refer to doc:
SDK_User_Guide_v09.05.pdf (6.3 Kernel Driver List and Usage ast2700)

Following are not used driver:

Tested:
We check .config and check each drive's source file. And run it on
ast2700 a1 machine.
