Update mmbi driver from Nuvoton to leveage several fixes

- Add mmbi driver update from Nuvoton
  Commit from Nuvoton:
    commit 648b5f8: fix Rd/Wr ptr ambiguity
    commit fefbd8b: fix pointer arithmetic
    commit 16afb9a: fix buffer overflow issue

Tested: Stress MEM CE two days and no mmbi read timeout log in
        ras-manager

meta-gbmc-staging

This repository contains additions to the openbmc/meta-google layer that are not yet ready for OpenBMC inclusion.

How to use this layer

  1. Clone openbmc/openbmc from GitHub.
  2. Clone this layer from GitHub into a subdirectory of openbmc.
