gBMC Team (4):
      Upgrade gbmcweb C++ standard to C++23
      Introduce ResourceEntity::kGoogleVoltageRegulator and ResourceEntity::kGoogleVoltageRegulatorCollection in Ecclesia Redfish authorization enums.
      Add ABSL flags for SMBIOS status file paths.

How to use this layer

  1. Clone openbmc/openbmc from GitHub.
  2. Clone this layer from GitHub into a subdirectory of openbmc.
