meta-gbmc-staging: revert to gbmc-release-24.1.18

Command used:
git fetch
git checkout gbmc-release-24.1.x
git checkout -f gbmc-release-24.1.18  -- .
manually delete all added files

Tested: the following is empty
git diff HEAD gbmc-release-24.1.18

meta-gbmc-staging

This repository contains additions to the openbmc/meta-google layer that are not yet ready for OpenBMC inclusion.

How to use this layer

  1. Clone openbmc/openbmc from GitHub.
  2. Clone this layer from GitHub into a subdirectory of openbmc.
