gbmc-image-minimal: Add new image type
This adds an image with just enough networking support to be able to
reinstall the machine if needed. Useful for being able to ssh into the
BMC and run your own tests against it without any of the typical
userspace software hogging peripherals and CPU time.
Tested: Booted on Intel EMR and Amd Rome with their necessary
per-platform tweaks.
