  "message": "CLI11: disable tests\n\nAs of CLI11 commit cf8edaa [1], CLI11 no longer auto-detects if it is\nbuilt as a subproject to disable its tests.  When we build it as a\nsubproject we end up with compile errors, due to our stricter compile\nwarning settings.
