  "message": "tools: docker: Drop patman from the CI image\n\nThe CI runner image pre-caches pip packages by downloading each tool\u0027s\nrequirements.txt from master. A later patch removes patman\u0027s\nrequirements.txt from the tree, so stop fetching and installing it.\n\nThe same step already installs setuptools explicitly (patman\u0027s\nrequirements list it too), so this needs nothing further.\n\nThis takes effect the next time someone rebuilds the image; the existing\nimage keeps working in the meantime.\n\nSigned-off-by: Simon Glass \u003csjg@chromium.org\u003e\n",
