sensor: Use default member initializers for hysteresis

Fix clang-tidy modernize-use-default-member-init warnings for
hysteresisTrigger and hysteresisPublish in Sensor class.

Initialize them using default member initializers with maxValue and
minValue, and remove them from the constructor initializer list.
