      Ecclesia: Decouple async Redfish RPC state lifetime from fiber stack in DoRpc
      Delete szl_api_option from all proto files in google3 (no-op).
      Backport certificate-authority-policy fixes from partner-code GoB repo.
      [machine_locality] Fix signed char buffer underflow in generated C++ DFA parsers on non-ASCII input.
      Add BootSourceOverrideTarget setting to SystemBiosSettings.
